Please Read Signatures Formals Online Sales Policy so we can assist you with choosing and purchasing one of our dresses online.
Your Wear Datese - (the date of your event). Warehouses are searched within a couple of business hours of your order. Some of the more popular Dresses may have to be backordered from the Manufacturer. If this is the case, and the Manufacturer can fill your order to arrive by ten days before the Wear Date- We place the order and bill your credit card. If the delivery date is closer than ten days to your Wear Date, we contact you with faster shipping options and estimated delivery dates so you can choose to proceed or cancel.
How to Measure: (Best to have a Friend measure you)
Bust - Measure around the fullest part of your bust. (Without wearing a padded bra)
Waist - Measure around your natural waistline about 2 inches above your belly button.
Hips - Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Approximately 8" below your waistline.
Selecting the correct size Dress: Remember that formal Dresses tend to run one size or more smaller than casual dresses. If you wear a size 6 casual dress you probably wear a 4 formal Dress depending upon the style and manufacturer.
Please follow the Manufacturer's size chart to determine your size. Base your size on the widest part of your body. For example, if your hips are wider then the measurement on the size chart, even if your bust or waist is not, choose the size for the hip measurement.
Always choose the size that will accommodate the largest measurement on your body. Whether it is your hips, waist or bust.
IF IN DOUBT- Order the larger size. Dresses can be altered smaller but they can't be altered larger!!!
Alterations: Many Dresses need some type of alterations and are the responsibility of the customer. Most Local seamstress should be able to do it for you. All gowns (even beaded gowns) can be taken in at the side seams or the seam at the back or hemed. The most common alteration is straps being shortened to fit properly.
Additional charge for Plus sizes: There is an additional $20 charge for some manufacturer sizes above size 16-(this additional charge will be added to the price indicated. This does not include "W" & "E" sizes since they are already price adjusted)
NO Sales tax: Except Dresses billed t Georgia are subject to 6% sales tax. This will be added to the price indicated on our website when we charge your credit card.
No Shipping Charges: There is a $15 shipping charge to cover insurance. If you want your order sent directly to your address from the manufactor then it is an additioinal charge of $20.00. Orders outside of the united states are subject to other charges depending on shipping cost for us.
Charging your credit card: We accept Visa, Master card, and Discover, and American Express. Your card is charged when your gown is located and confirmed with you via email or phone, not before.
Billing Address Shipping Only: Orders will be shipped only to the veriried billing address of the credit card to protect the cardholder. If you need an order shipped to another address, Please call 606-248-5144 for authorization.
Returns: Most every Special Occasion retail Dress stores (including ours) have a No cancellation/refun/return or exchange policy for several reasons . . .
Formal gowns are a Special Occasion item (meaning you will only wear it a few times). Some people would wear the dress once or twice and return it.
We special order your dress in the size and color you choose.
Since you are measuring and choosing your own size- we have no control over whether you are choosing the correct size. PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY- no refunds/returns/exchanges will be accepted for ordering the incorrect size.
Because your Dress is expecially ordered- we cannot return it to the manufacturer.
Defective Dresses: We inspect your dress when we receive it from the maufacturer, to be sure it is exactly as ordered and free from defects. If defects are found, we contact the manufacturer for a replacement. IN the unlikely envent that a manufacturer's defect makes it past our inspection process, it can be returned for replacement only. You must contact us within 24 hours of the dress being delivered to your address. Defective gowns will only be replaced in the same size. The returned merchandise should show no sign of being worn, torn, and soiled or contamination and has all tags labels in place and packaging intact.
If your package is damaged during shipment: Check the Dress andif it's damaged-immediately contact us so we are able to rectify the problem with the carrier and issue you an exchange. Be sure to save the damaged shipping box.
No packages shipped back to Signatures Formal Boutique will be accepted without an Exchange Authorization number. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of the box.

If you find an identical item at a lower price within a week, we will meet that price.
